It’s literally no secret that this 23 year old “former” teen mom star has gotten an exceptional amount of plastic surgery. Even though her lips look absolutely atrocious in the before and after picture, it’s not that uncommon to look like that directly after the procedure. She got a needle injected into her lips, so there’s going to be swelling! Pretty much every public stunt this poser pulls is completely staged and incredibly superficial. Sex tape? Please. I’m sure she was so shocked when that was released. She got a contract and made over 1 million dollars from it for crying out loud. Also, I’m sure she was so torn up after her multiple plastic surgeries. She probably had a cheery laugh with her friends right after the interview.

Given the fact that her nose was as big as it was, I’d say the plastic surgeon did a good job.
